hello
i realised i can cook well. i made baked dory fish today. 3 pieces. well, i did call my mum n ask bout the marination part n how long do i have to bake the fish. but she did not tell me exactly how much soya sauce, pepper n sesame oil i need to use. i used my own instinct. n it turned out nice. jess ate it all up n she said it was nice. hha... im so impressed with myself!!!!! hehh... on sun, i made minced meat porridge with scallop for the first time too! hhaha.. coz mr poh was having stomach cramps. so i had to make porridge for him. owells, he said too salty, heavy salt taste, porridge wasnt too 'lan'. must make more congee kind. yea.. next time i'll make even nicer one. muahahah
started my dieting yday. ate veges, fruits n a bit of plain porridge. today had dory fish, 2 pieces of wholemeal bread with half a piece of ham, veges, plain porridge n 1.5 pieces of luncheon meat. yea.. havent had fruits. coz all the fruits are gone. gonna go grocery shopping tmr with jess. =)
