a lovely day

such a well spent day with my darling ian. firstly, i would like to apologize to ian for letting u wait for 45mins in the morning.

1st stop: ian drove us to siglap area for our lunch buffet at Tavern. lunch was quite nice. ate until we were super full!!
2nd stop: drove to town. The Cathay carpark was full. so we went to suntec/bugis area. landed up in suntec's carpark. went to check movie times at engwah. then went over to marina square to check the slots too. decided to settle at engwah. so walked back to engwah, got tickets, walked around and went for our movie: The Lake House. it was a nice movie. there were some funny dialogues too. hehheh.. darling ian took so much time to explain the ending. but i just couldnt get it. and i suddenly got it while we were eating mussels at fish&co. haha.. well, it just came to me.. ;)

kept walking to and fro to suntec, marina sq, citylink because we couldnt decide where to settle for dinner. went to marche and thought that there werent much choices. then we went to NewYork NewYork at citylink. queue was long and they only have pasta, hamburgers.. so ended up going back to suntec's fish&co. wanted to catch the fireworks display.. BUT we thought it was going to start at 9pm. we were happily eating mussels and baked salmon and watching tv at the same time. then suddenly, singapore songs were being sung, pledge was taken, and fireworks were displayed!!!!! we were still calm and eating still but there were some small excitement about us missing our first-time-watching-fireworks-together issue. anyways, we decided we could watch it either on fri or sat night. so, we just continued eating away. hahaa.. missed it due to our greediness..

went to the fountain and dedicated a song with wordsdisplay. but we left before it came out. and we both said: "nvm, its still a day well spent. just that we didnt catch the fireworks together and we didnt wait for our wordsdisplay at the fountain." and then we said together: "but that's our main purpose for today!" lovey dovey minds think alike..

thank you darling for everything today. the lunch buffet, the movie and the dinner. im really sad that you spent so much for today.. not forgetting the big bouquet of 12 roses. i really love it a lot! i really pray, wish, hope and want us to have many more lifetimes together. i love you ian
