30 bites

till now,
breakfast: 1 piece of walnut bread and a cup of fruit&vegetables with wheatgrass juice.
lunch: grapes, 1 orange, 1/2 a packet of edamame, 1/2 cup of apple juice with aloe vera bits.

watched 2 episodes of this hk drama. as usual, another addictive drama.

♥ doesnt want me to send him off this sat. but i want. so we had a tiny argument, not sure if there is one anyway, but we just slept it off.

took 30 bites for every bite of bread i took today. ahha!! heard that it's easier to digest, get full easily and wont get fat. dunno real or not
