insomnia?

started my "get rid of insomnia" plan yday. went to sleep at 12+am, but duno when did i actually fell asleep. woke up at 8 this morning coz of mwsm revision lect. met melly at concourse before lect. was feeling super tired when i woke up. not enough sleep. had a freaking bad headache since then. neck aching, heavy head. took a short nap at 6+pm. couldnt take it anymore. but limited myself in case i cant sleep tonight.

step 5 of the guideline the doc gave me states:
-Develop a bedtime routine. Do the same thing every night before going to sleep. For example, take a warm bath and then read for 10 minutes every night before going to bed. Soon you'll connect these activities with sleeping, and doing them will help make you sleepy.

i guess my bedtime routine is talking to you every night. =)
